Safelite Group in Portland, OR is seeking a certified Safelite Repair Specialist I to repair vehicle glass using our industry-leading Safelite Way of Fitting. You will learn in the classroom and hands-on, under the guidance of experienced technicians and leaders.

You will repair chips and cracks, manage work orders, documentation, and customer communication through the MRM technology; promote Safelite promotions; keep the vehicle clean; operate company vehicles and tools safely; and perform

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• On-the-job training and Safelite SafeTech certification provided.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicle glass chips and cracks following Safelite procedures.
• Learn the Safelite Way of Fitting under supervision.
• Manage work orders and customer documentation via MRM.
• Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers.
• Keep vehicles clean during wait times and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely and in accordance with policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with standards.
