Mygrant Glass is seeking a dependable Auto Parts Counter Representative in Plainfield, IN to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle calls, process orders and payments, assist with returns, account management, and inventory coordination to help maintain branch efficiency.

The role emphasizes professionalism, accuracy, and excellent customer service at a busy auto glass counter. Prior retail or counter experience is a plus; base pay is complemented by a comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process returns.
• Process daily cash, card, and check deposits with accurate data entry.
• Assist with inventory and warehouse interactions.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person providing information and assistance.
• Manage customer accounts and escalate concerns as needed.
• Handle complaints and offer solutions within time limits; follow up.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and files.
• Manage large volumes of incoming calls.
• Develop knowledge of products and services to better serve customers.
