Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to repair, replace and recalibrate automotive glass both in shop and at mobile sites. You will use Safelite’s training and tools to deliver high-quality service and safety-focused workmanship.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, adherence to Safelite’s procedures, and collaboration with the team to ensure timely service delivery. Training and equipment are provided, with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED/Equivalent Preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle. Required
• Safelite SafeTech certification Required

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, focusing on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies as directed (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, chemicals) and complete customer administration.
• Drive Safelite and customer vehicles as needed for the job.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
