- Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop in the most efficient manner, focusing on safety, quality and exceptional customer service.
- Clean customer vehicles after every job.
- Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including trouble-shooting and completing diagnostic testing.
- Proficiently operate Safelite's tools and technologies.
- Communicate with all scheduled customers in-person, via text, and on the phone; present, promote and sell Safelite promotional items and services to customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma GED/Equivalent Preferred.
- Valid state-issued driver's license any other license(s) (as required by federal, state and local laws) to operate a company vehicle.
- Safelite SafeTech™ certification Required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
