Service Pros Auto Glass is hiring a Dealership Support Representative to join our West Palm Beach team. You will assist customers with windshield replacement, glass repair scheduling, and service coordination inside partnered auto dealerships.

The ideal candidate enjoys customer service, sales, and relationship building. English and Spanish are preferred, and this full-time role offers weekly pay and strong growth opportunities within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Growth Opportunities

Service Pros Auto Glass is seeking a motivated Dealership Support Representative to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role works directly inside our partnered automotive dealerships assisting customers with windshield replacement services, glass repair scheduling, and service coordination.

This is a W-2 full-time position, weekly pay, and strong growth opportunities for individuals who enjoy customer service, sales, and relationship building.

Compensation:

• Additional commission compensation
• Weekly pay
• Top performers have the opportunity to earn strong additional income through commission incentives

Schedule:

• Full-Time Position
• Monday – Saturday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 40 hours per week (± 2 hours depending on dealership activity)
• Lunch break provided during shift
