Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Cincinnati, OH area. As a General Service Technician, you’ll perform tire mounting/dismounting, oil changes, fluid checks, and basic inspections while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic automotive maintenance is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
