Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Georgesville is seeking a friendly Cashier / Receptionist to greet guests, answer calls, assist with payments, and provide clerical support. You’ll be a key contact for customers and help keep the dealership running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to accurately handle payments and customer transactions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Assist customers with questions and provide general dealership information.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with receipts and appropriate paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance cashier activity as required.
• Assist Service Advisors and other dealership departments with customer needs.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and cashier area.
• Provide professional and courteous service during every customer interaction.
