Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in automotive finance or related field; finance manager or similar role preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Business Admin or related field beneficial.
• Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in securing vehicle financing and leasing options.
• Explain financing terms, loan options, and leasing agreements clearly to customers.
• Process and submit loan applications to financial institutions.
• Review and analyze customers' credit histories to determine financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and support the vehicle purchase process.
• Maintain and build relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.
• Negotiate terms and ensure competitive financing offers.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing vehicle financing and leasing.
• Generate and review financial reports related to financing activities and monitor performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process and resolve concerns promptly.
