Job summary

Lendbuzz is seeking a Dealership Account Manager in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to visit dealerships daily, drive growth, and expand our market reach. This on-site role requires residence near the territory and a six-day work week with hands-on engagement to own your accounts.

Base salary starts at $80,000 with uncapped commission and a lucrative bonus structure, targeting an OTE around $175,000. A company laptop, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in automotive lending or finance.
• Track record of growth with measurable results and progression in recent roles.
• Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management experience; special finance experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new dealership partners to expand the network and grow market presence.
• Provide on-site dealer support and relationship management to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze market trends and competitive insights to guide business decisions.
• Promote the brand and represent the company values consistently to dealerships.
