Ally Financial is offering an 11-week paid internship designed to bridge academics and business. You’ll work with cross-functional teams nationwide, interact with leadership, and receive mentorship and hands-on project experience.

The program includes market-competitive pay, orientation and training, executive speaking series, and networking opportunities. Eligible interns may receive housing support and a potential return offer in Ally’s Early Talent Program.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Major/Course of Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration and Learning Agility.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
• 0+ years of experience.
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Have hands on experience and project-based work.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort.
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
• Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find interesting.
• Lead an end of assignment presentation.
