Cavender Auto Family's Confidence Chevrolet Buick GMC in Midwest City, OK is seeking a Finance Manager (F&I) to join our growing team. You will secure financing, protect front-end gross, and guide customers through options with integrity.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in dealership F&I or auto sales, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. We offer a supportive culture, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years in dealership F&I or auto sales.
• Valid driver's license.
• MVR, background check and pre-employment drug test required.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.
• Ability to meet a minimum quota.

Responsibilities

• Secure the sale of the vehicle and protect the front-end gross.
• Learn and adhere to Cavender Auto Family F&I policies and procedures.
• Maintain minimum acceptable standards with regards to the sale of F&I products and financing.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with lending sources.
• Submit all paperwork to and obtain approvals from finance sources.
• Finalize all paperwork accurately and timely in the car deal.
• Attend sales meetings and train staff on F&I endorsements.
• Keep current lender rates, incentives, and factory programs.
