Job summary

Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor is seeking an Experienced F&I Manager to join our on-site dealership team. You will greet customers, present protection packages, and secure financing by building relationships with lenders to obtain the best terms for our customers.

This role uses dealer systems to submit deals, enter transactions, and track receivables. A minimum of 2 years in automotive experience is required, with strong attention to detail and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive experience.
• Greet customers and present protection packages.
• Secure financing by working with lenders and presenting terms.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits.
• Submit deals to banks electronically using appropriate dealer systems.
• Enter transactions into ADP and bank approval systems.
• Track deal receivables and follow up on outstanding items to ensure collection of money.
• Participate in store meetings and collaborate with sales team to finalize transactions.
