Qualifications

• Typing and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone, e-mail, text, chat and letter regarding payment and insurance on accounts.
• Understand and apply the loan servicing philosophy as reflected in the Collections Manual.
• Demonstrate knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, CFPB and related laws in all states C&F does business in.
• Call customers on past due accounts and secure promises to pay to keep accounts current.
• Document all conversations in the system of record.
• Maintain and update account information and handle skip tracing as needed.
