National General is seeking an Auto Field Adjuster to join our field-based team in the San Fernando Valley. You will assess vehicle damage, prepare comprehensive estimates, and guide customers through the claims process, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong auto estimating experience and ability to assess vehicle damage.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Good understanding of claims processes and policy coverage.

Responsibilities

• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files.
• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in training.
• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party losses of all severities.
• Builds mastered relationships with internal and external customers.
