Generation Kia Buick GMC in Bohemia, NY seeks an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to guide customers through financing, payments, and protection products while ensuring compliant transactions and timely funding. You will build lender relationships, submit deals, and optimize profitability with transparency and excellent service.

Tekion experience is preferred, and a strong background in automotive financing and regulatory compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive Finance & Insurance experience.
• Tekion experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing, lender guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to present and sell vehicle protection products and aftermarket options.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and meet funding/paperwork deadlines in a high-volume dealership.
• Self-motivated with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to ethical sales practices, professionalism, and customer service.
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers’ financing needs and present finance, payment, and protection options clearly and professionally.
• Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel, and other programs.
• Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals while maintaining lender relationships.
• Prepare, review, and accurately complete all finance and insurance paperwork.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to automotive finance and insurance.
• Achieve monthly performance goals for F&I income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction.
• Maximize profitability while maintaining transparency and integrity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Management to ensure smooth deal processing.
• Resolve funding or documentation discrepancies to support timely funding.

# Automotive Finance ManagerGeneration Kia Buick GMC - Bohemia, NY 11716## OverviewSalary Range$150,000.00 - $300,000.00 Base+Commission/year## The RoleAs a Finance Manager at Generation Kia Buick GMC, part of the Generation Auto Group, you are responsible for guiding customers through the financial aspects of their vehicle purchase while ensuring all transactions are completed accurately, ethically, and in full compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations. You play a critical role in maximizing dealership profitability, maintaining strong lender relationships, and delivering a transparent, positive customer experience.
