Job summary

PetroSea is seeking an Electrician Supervisor to oversee daily electrical activities at its site and ensure maintenance plans support high equipment availability. You will coordinate foremen, review work orders, and drive safe, cost-efficient execution of tasks with strong supervisory skills.

The role requires a Diploma with electrical experience, solid understanding of electrical systems, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 1 year experiences in engineering (electrical).
• Good understanding of electrical equipment, any cable size and wires commonly used in electrical installing.
• Good understanding of electric installation.
• Understanding of business line requirements and production targets.
• Understanding of equipment availability and planning of repairs.
• Commitment and good communication and supervisory skill.
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate electrician daily activities to ensure electric works are performed in a technically correct and efficient manner.
• Responsible for compliance to weekly and monthly planning, including schedule work order, relating to all maintenance tasks set out daily / to help achieve long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability.
• Prepare and submit relevant reporting tasks required in a timely manner, example; review and ensure correct details on work orders and regularly submit to planners for closing, ensure backlog parts are ordered, vendor time sheets and job cards are accurate.
• Supervise auto electrical foremen activities to ensure work is mechanically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner.
• Responsible in maintaining and repairing Electrician system in site / project.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

• - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements
