Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Service Technician for Stanley Access Technologies in Phoenix/Mesa, AZ. You will service and maintain automatic door equipment, perform repairs, and keep detailed service records while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Prior experience with automated doors and a flexible schedule are preferred. AAADM certification bonus applies.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Willing to work nights/weekends or be on call.
• Experience with automated doors preferred.
• Construction/ carpentry background preferred.
• Associates Degree in electrical/mechanical or industrial field preferred.

Responsibilities

• To service and perform preventative maintenance as required for Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment and other electro/mechanical equipment.
• Perform service and repair work as designated in profitable and proper manner; record productive time versus travel time.
• Perform preventive maintenance per the customer’s program.
• Maintain all work records and parts used per established procedure.
• Keep manuals and all details up to date as changes are advised.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and other property in proper manner.
• Maintain adequate parts inventory for service vehicle and keep inventory log.
• Maintain good customer relations and customer service.
• Assist and instruct others in install/service methods.
