Allegion seeks a Service Technician for Stanley Access Technologies in the Phoenix/Mesa area to service and maintain automatic door equipment. The role emphasizes safety, timely repairs, and accurate recordkeeping, with emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Flexible hours, including nights or weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.
• Frequently going up and down ladders.
• Standing on concrete several hours a day.
• Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, kneel or crawl, twisting spine.
• Ability to work in various climates and overhead.
• Ability to lift and/or carry weight up to 50-75 lbs.
• Flexible schedule: nights/weekends/on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service and perform preventative maintenance for Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment.
• Perform service and repair work in a profitable, proper manner.
• Record productive time vs travel time.
• Maintain work records and parts used per procedure.
• Stay updated on changes/modifications to Stanley equipment and ANSI 156.10 standards.
• Keep manuals and details up to date as advised.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools and other property.
• Maintain adequate parts inventory and inventory log.
• Provide good customer relations and service.
• Assist and instruct others in install/service methods.
