Job summary

Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is seeking an Automotive Technician II for day shift, full-time, to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and inspections across a variety of vehicles. New hires may receive a $1,500 tool bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive multiple vehicle types. Preferred ASE Certification: G1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant experience; or higher education with related experience.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and ability to operate different vehicle types.
• Preferred ASE Certification G1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repairs across multiple vehicle systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and drivability issues, including brakes and suspension.
• Run advanced diagnostics on starting/charging, AC, OBDII and electrical systems.
• Complete detailed inspections and document deficiencies across components.
• Maintain safety and environmental standards and proper waste handling.
• Assist with upfitting new vehicles with required equipment.
• Source and manage parts through approved vendors.
• Support OEM recall work as required.
