A Better Way Auto LLC in Madisonville, TN seeks an Auto Detailer to make every vehicle shine inside and out. You will clean, restore, and finish vehicles with care, contributing to the dealership’s first impression and customer satisfaction.

Full-time role with standard hours, on-site at our service facility. Training is provided; no prior experience is required, and you’ll work with a team that values quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend and lift light equipment throughout the day.
• Willingness to learn and operate detailing tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors with proper tools.
• Perform paint correction, waxing, polishing, and touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure detailing tools are stocked and functional.
• Organize cars on the lot and support overall appearance of the dealership.
• Identify and report any vehicle concerns or safety issues.
• Support team members to improve workflow when available.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Occasional Saturdays may be required.
