You will inspect work, train teammates, log data, and maintain a clean, safe shop while meeting customer-ready standards and inventory checks. Requires basic computer skills and a willingness to learn premium detailing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the quality of work done by each team member and ensure it meets company standards.
• Identify strengths of detailers to assign tasks effectively.
• Train team on standard operating procedures for vehicle detail.
• Assist on the detail line and perform final detail tasks as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and orderly work environment; assist with shop cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; report incidents to management promptly.
• Log vehicle information into the computer after inspection completion.
• Photograph and stage vehicles to meet photo standards.
• Return vehicles in clean condition to customers.
• Run inventory reports for the detail shop.
• Inform the manager of equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.
