Job summary

Cox is seeking detail-oriented workers for vehicle detailing and cleaning tasks. Pay is determined per task, with ranges based on location, and options for additional compensation such as commissions or incentive programs.

Responsibilities include interior and exterior cleaning, buffing, and safety-focused work in a production setting. A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred or <2 years related experience.
• Detail shop or buffing experience helpful.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• Stand/walk/reach/talk and hear as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of vehicles, remove debris from ashtrays, consoles and seats.
• Remove plates, stickers, and writings from windows.
• Wash vehicles using high-pressure washer or auto wash; clean engine compartments.
• Detail and buff vehicles, dress trim, and polish painted surfaces.
• Vacuum and clean upholstery and carpets; straighten seatbelts.
• Demonstrate safety and participate in safety activities.
• Assist with moving vehicles to staging areas and occasional sale-day driving.
