Stanley Ford McGregor is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to be the main contact between customers and the service department. You will greet customers, assess issues, explain repairs and costs, and schedule service appointments while ensuring timely service delivery.

The role requires strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a passion for customer service. Ford certifications are preferred and a clean driving record is expected.

Service Advisor Job Summary
As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle issues.
• Explain necessary repairs and associated costs clearly and concisely.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently.
• Prepare accurate service estimates.
• Ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Create exceptional customer experiences that exceed Manufacturer standards for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

Qualifications

• Prior Service Advisor or Selling Experience required.
• Ford Certifications Preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
