Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Sales, Service, Parts, F&I, and Administration.
• Drive performance by achieving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operations objectives.
• Coach and mentor department managers and employees to build a high-performing, customer-focused team.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the dealership.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, employees, manufacturers, and the local community.
• Monitor KPIs, financial statements, and reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement business plans, marketing, and strategies to maximize revenue.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain proper stocking levels.
• Manage expenses and maintain financial controls to meet budgets.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and laws.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain top-performing staff across all departments.
