Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all dealership operations including Sales, Service, Parts, Finance & Insurance and Administration.
• Drive performance by achieving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and operational goals.
• Develop, coach and mentor department managers to build a high-performing, customer-focused team.
• Foster a positive culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, manufacturers and the local community.
• Monitor KPIs, financial statements and reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and implement business plans, marketing initiatives and operational strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels and maximize turnover.
• Manage dealership expenses and maintain financial controls while meeting budget and profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, policies and laws.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain top-performing employees across all departments.
• Lead by example through daily involvement in dealership operations and visible presence.
