Job summary

Ted Britt Lincoln – Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced Highline/Luxury Automotive Service Advisor to deliver a premium ownership experience and maximize service sales.

Join a state-of-the-art Lincoln Service Center with strong pay plans, high customer traffic, and a professional team. You will build relationships, recommend maintenance per manufacturer guidelines, and coordinate repairs with techs to meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required (luxury/highline preferred).
• Luxury/Highline dealership experience preferred (Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Audi, Cadillac, Acura, Infiniti, Volvo).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
