Northlake Collision in Charlotte, NC is seeking a capable Service Advisor/Estimator to identify necessary body repairs and schedule work with collision center technicians. You will communicate with customers, prepare itemized repair estimates, and ensure accurate production of repair orders.

Strong knowledge of body repair methods, basic arithmetic, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Collision Center Management software are important. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of the body repair methods.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, company personnel and insurance adjusters.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Aufgaben

• Schedules appointments with customer.
• Works with customer and Collision Center Technician to identify required repair work.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
• Enters itemized estimate on repair order and explains estimate to customer.
• Meets Collision Center standards for repair/order production.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
• Participates in required training
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.

• Complies with Company policies and procedures
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
