Job summary

National Coatings & Suppliers, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business and manage an active book of accounts in the automotive and industrial coatings segment from Tulsa, OK.

You will develop prospects, maintain relationships, conduct sales calls, and provide technical support on color and painting issues, while hitting aggressive monthly targets. The role emphasizes teamwork and efficient use of electronic tools to streamline ordering and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years' experience in automotive coatings or related sales.
• Must have new business development skills to pursue prospects and close sales.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet weekly sales goals.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of automotive and industrial coatings.
• Maintain consistent relationships with customers.
• Cultivate the team by supporting staff to meet customers' needs.
• Make sales calls on assigned accounts.
• Assist customers with technical information, color and painting issues.
• Use tools to increase accuracy and efficiency in ordering and inventories.
• Continually develop skills through sales training and leadership development.
• Focus on customer file organization and communication using electronic media.
• Demonstrate urgency, persistence, energy and sales drive that is contagious.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
