Vault Risk Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Auto Claims Adjuster to join our claims team in Florida. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve automobile physical damage, liability, and bodily injury claims in a high-volume environment.

The role emphasizes coverage analysis, liability investigations, and timely settlements with policyholders, brokers, and vendors. A valid adjuster license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of automobile claims experience.
• Experience with automobile physical damage, liability investigation, or bodily injury claims.
• Active adjuster license appropriate for the resident or home state.
• Ability to manage a high-volume claim pending.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage automobile physical damage, liability, and bodily injury claims from first notice of loss through final resolution.
• Review policy terms and determine coverage decisions.
• Investigate liability through statements, reports, and evidence.
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and vendors.
• Maintain reserves and document the claim file thoroughly.
