Job summary

The Genuine Parts Company in Phoenix seeks a Business Development Manager, Auto Care to expand the NAPA Auto Care program with current and new customers. You will lead territory sales, enroll new members, and drive program adoption through promotions, training, and field outreach.

You will collaborate with NAPA Auto Care HQ, host trainings for local sales teams, and maintain strong relationships with centers in your market while meeting or exceeding annual quotas.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of selling and account management experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel within territory (up to 50%+ travel).
• Strong sales principles, communication, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Present, communicate, and sell Auto Care value to join the NAPA Auto Care program.
• Collaborate with NAPA Auto Care HQ for feedback and program adoption.
• Host meetings to train local sales teams on program adoption.
• Achieve territory sales, new members, and co-branded project quotas.
• Assist BDGs with events, community engagement, and marketing to members.
• Provide top-notch customer service to NAPA Auto Care centers in territory.
• Regularly update management with KPIs and progress.
• Participate in events and trade shows including NAPA Autotech training.
• Log into member sites to check updates and ensure access for all members.
• Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly sales plans to grow business.
