Job summary

Walmart’s Auto Care Center in Kimball, TN is seeking a team-oriented leader to drive sales, manage inventory and provide outstanding customer service. You will coordinate service operations, supervise associates, and ensure technicians are trained on procedures while promoting a safe, efficient shopping environment.

This role requires 2 years in automotive service or related field and 1 year of supervisory experience, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• May require firearms background check for certain locations.
• Attendance at required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center and service area.
• Stock merchandise, ensure pricing, signing, and in-stock levels.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and product information.
• Ensure technicians are trained and certified on service procedures.
• Maintain and clean Auto Care Center and service area for safety and presentation.
• Handle customer requests, returns, and service orders per policy.
