Walmart is seeking a Retail Auto Care Center Supervisor in Rochester, MN to lead sales, service, and merchandising across the auto center and surrounding area. You will manage stock, pricing, and displays while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to safety standards.

The role emphasizes technician training, workflow support, and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve sales and profit goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area.
• Provides customer service and assistance by acknowledging the customer and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains the Auto Care Center and automotive sales floor by stocking, signing and pricing merchandise and monitoring inventory.
• Ensures technicians are trained and certified on service related procedures and promotes safety and compliance.
• Oversees environment, safety, and environmental disposal compliance and manages customer requests and service orders.
