Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center and service area.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing and signing meet company standards.
• Provide customer service, help with purchasing decisions and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain Auto Care Center and service area, stock and rotate merchandise, and manage inventory levels.
• Supervise and develop associates, hiring, training and recognizing performance.
