Walmart in Plymouth, Indiana is seeking a hands-on Auto Care Center supervisor to drive sales and customer service excellence. You will stock, price, sign, and display merchandise, forecast demand, and help meet store profitability targets while supporting safe, compliant operations.

The role requires at least 2 years in automotive service or service industry work and 1 year of supervisory experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by stocking and merchandising, ensuring effective presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, signing, and in-stock levels, budgeting and forecasting sales, and assessing economic trends to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Provides customer service by acknowledging the customer, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products and services, and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintains the Auto Care Center and automotive sales floor and service area by stocking, rotating merchandise, setting up displays, signing and pricing merchandise, and ensuring environmental compliance and safety.
• Coordinates and oversees related activities by building relationships with stakeholders, communicating goals, and promoting continuous learning and improvement.
