Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center and service area.
• Provide customer service and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Maintain Auto Care Center and service area, stock and rotate merchandise, signage and pricing.
• Ensure technicians are trained and certified on service-related procedures.
• Comply with safety, environmental disposal and company policies.
