Responsibilities

• Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area.
• Provides customer service and assistance by acknowledging customer needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains the Auto Care Center and automotive sales floor by stocking and organizing merchandise, pricing and signing.
• Ensures technicians are trained and certified on service procedures and safety, coordinating with teams as needed.
