Responsibilities

• Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center and service area through stocking, pricing, and inventory management.
• Provide customer service, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain Auto Care Center and service area by stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise and ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coordinate activities, develop stakeholder relationships, and monitor progress toward goals.
• Lead and develop associates through hiring, mentoring, and training.
