Caliber’s Service Center in Columbia, IL is seeking skilled auto body repair technicians. You will handle full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory-spec results. The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience repairing vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs on collisions.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Execute panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain safety and tidiness of the work area.
