Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning frames and replacing parts as needed while maintaining speed, quality, and customer excellence in a collaborative shop environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and may have completed technical training or an apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and repair vehicles ensuring quality and speed.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged parts and perform painting to factory specs.
• Inspect completed work to meet KPIs and safety standards.
