Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician to assess damage, repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, and uphold a high standard of customer service. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring alignment with our speed, quality, and customer excellence commitments.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either technical school training or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with parts and repair glass as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to factory specs.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure work matches KPIs.
• Complete work orders within time guidelines.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
