Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Florida to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning with KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

You will use cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers to fix bodywork and replace glass or interior parts as needed, while ensuring repairs meet speed, quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training or apprenticeship preferred for the role.
• Strong repair method knowledge and tool handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan and repair planning within time guidelines.
• Assess damage and perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly.
• Realign chassis and replace parts, glass, or interior components as needed.
• Weld, paint, and finish to factory specs.
• Inspect vehicles post-repair for quality and safety.
