The Boyd Group is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our Automotive department. In this performance-driven, safety-focused role, you will repair collision-damaged vehicles, including body panel repair and replacement, frame and structural work, and refinishing preparation.

You will follow standardized repair processes, OEM procedures and quality standards to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Qualifications

• Experience as an auto body technician or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Repair collision-damaged vehicles, including body panel repair and replacement.
• Perform frame and structural work as needed.
• Complete refinishing preparation and surface prep per OEM standards.
• Follow standardized repair processes and quality standards to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Collaborate with estimators and painters to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety practices.
