Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish vehicles, ensuring workmanship aligns with our speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

You will plan repair work, prepare cost estimates, operate cutting tools, hydraulics, and paints, and collaborate with teammates to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repaint to factory standards.
