Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of collision repair experience or completion of a technical school program or apprenticeship.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Able to read and work from job orders and estimates with little supervision.
• I-CAR welding certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles according to the estimate and quality standards.
• Restore body panels, structural components, and outer parts to pre-accident condition.
• Communicate with management about additional repairs or delays.
• Maintain tools and equipment and operate safely.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
• Wear all required PPE, including eye protection.
• Assist team members as schedule requires.
• Comply with regulations governing body shop operations.
• Part of the CollisionRight family with local team and national resources.
• Compensation is competitive and may be commission-based; guaranteed to meet local minimum wage.
