Caliber Collision's Lexington Park service center seeks an experienced collision repair technician. You will repair and restore vehicles, leveraging frame and structural expertise and a team-first approach with painters, estimators and front office staff.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We support growth and top-quality workmanship in a collaborative shop environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented, collaborating with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from Fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panel and structural repairs to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish tidy work.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
