Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or completed technical training.
• Technical schooling or apprenticeship experience preferred for auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Weld, attach parts, and repaint as needed per factory specs.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and KPI adherence.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and maintain safety.
