Job summary

Boyd Group Services is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Panama City Beach, FL to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition and enhance customer satisfaction. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, and collaborate with teammates to achieve shop KPIs while upholding our Brand Ambassador standards.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, using cutting tools, realigning chassis, replacing parts, welding and painting, and inspecting finished work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan and ensure quality customer experience.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using proper tools.
• Repair panels with cutting tools, welds, and fillers as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and parts, including glass and interiors.
• Weld, refit, and repaint vehicles to factory specifications or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
