Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
• Thorough understanding of how to use tools required for the trade.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Repair body damage using cutting tools, weld and replace parts as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repaint to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
