Job summary

Caliber Collision Waxhaw is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to perform full-frame and structural repairs, blueprint and execute precise repairs, and ensure high-quality reassembly. The role involves working with a team of painters, estimators, and front office staff to move vehicles efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision repair experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
