Job summary

Caliber Collision Mint Hill Service Center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to perform full collision repairs, from frame and structural work to final reassembly. You will work with a team of estimators, painters, and front office staff to deliver safe, high-quality repairs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• If you can pull, straighten, and square it up, we want you.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• You're committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• You can lift up to 50lbs.
• You collaborate with the painters, estimators, and front office staff in the business.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly where fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
